I needed to write and let you know how incredibly impressed I am with your delivery service for our stove from Costco. With all the snow we had on Friday and Saturday I was totally expecting a call postponing the delivery. Boy was I surprised when I came home and saw the new Range sitting in the kitchen.
We have a long driveway (100 yrds) and the two fellows doing the delivery decided not to risk backing the truck up the long gravel driveway because of the snow and ice, so they hauled the Range in by hand on the dolly from the road. That was certainly going the extra mile with your customer service and beyond anything I would have expected.
